Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 2026 · United Saud Ukraine

Welcome to the official website of United Saud Ukraine (https://www.unitedsaudukraine.com.co.lc). By browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting commercial quotations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Website Information

All content published on this website—including indicative wheat parameters (protein percentages, hectoliter mass, falling numbers, moisture benchmarks), product descriptions, export corridors, and seasonal availability—is provided for informational and preliminary commercial evaluation purposes only.

Website content does not constitute a formal, binding offer to sell or an unconditional guarantee of specific crop lot parameters. Final contract terms, prices, delivery schedules, and guaranteed specifications are established exclusively in written, formally executed international trade contracts.

2. Commercial Quotations & Proformas

Quotations issued by our commercial desk via email or web submissions are indicative proformas valid for a specified window, subject to ongoing market price fluctuations (such as CBOT / Euronext grain futures) and origin elevator lot availability. A transaction becomes legally binding only upon mutual execution of a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

3. Quality Verification & Inspection

Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in the formal contract of sale, the quality and weight of delivered grain commodities are ascertained at the time of loading by accredited independent international surveying companies (such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Cotecna). Certificates of Quality and Weight issued at loading constitute final evidence as between the contracting parties in accordance with standard GAFTA trade terms.

4. Force Majeure & Maritime Conditions

International agricultural grain logistics are subject to customary Force Majeure conditions, including adverse weather events, maritime navigation hazards, geopolitical restrictions, port congestion, or state regulatory export decrees. Contracting parties will refer to standard GAFTA Force Majeure clauses incorporated into individual commercial contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, texts, layout designs, and photographic assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of United Saud Ukraine and United Saud Group or used under appropriate licensing. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
